semi automatic bottom lock folding gluing machine is mainly used for the production of milk box, toy box, wine box and various kinds of printed box. we have 2 model 1600 and 1800 for your selection . It is mainly used for the folding and pasting the bottom and side edges. With the features of low cost, high efficient and better quality.
Feeding section
Feeding part adopts batch type feeding method with the help of front and side lay ensures a stable feeding.
Bottom lock section
Detailed Images
The gluing tank adopts the stainless steel, you can adjust the gluing capacity easily. The standard gluing roller is 12mm. It is also can be customized. Gluing tank does not need maintenance.
Two glue guns equipped on the machine are from Japan, they can make an accurate gluing when the machine does the lock bottom works. Gluing time can be set separately on the touch screen.
