Q2：Material we use for outdoor furniture
A：We mostly use alum frame, thickness from 1.2-1.5mm depends on different product. 2000-3000 hours UV protected PE rattan, water-resistant outdoor use fabric( middle quality fabric, Sunbrella fabric and so on). also use high quality teak wood and plywood .
Q3：How long is the warranty of your product?
A：3 years under normal condition use.
Q4：What about the lead time?
A：Normally we need around 35 days for production time. can negotiation based on different quality when place order.
Q5：Our MOQ for order
A：We can accept 2-3 items mixed in one 40'HQ/40'GP container.
Q6：Can you provide us with sample?
A：Yes, sample order is acceptable for us, and usually we need to charge for the samples.
Q7：Do you accept custom design?
A：Yes, we can do OEM accroding to customer needs and make a sample for final confirmation. Customized logo and design color, material, size, packing, etc.
