1. How could I place a order if there is no price on the website?
Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail.Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.If we are offline, you could also leave your Skype ID, Whatsapp ID, or WeChat ID to us. We will get back to you as soon as we saw the message.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Just send the inquiry to us and the sample can be sent to you for quality tests. But we kindly ask you to pay for samples and freight. Samples will be charged as unit price and this cost can be refunded once your order meets the MOQ.
3. What is your Warranty Policy?
6 months for batteries, 3 months for other products;If the product is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery;
All products must be returned on their original condition ,in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
4. How do you ship this product and how long does it take to reach our office?
We ship this product by EXPRESS like DHL, UPS, FedEx.It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive by EXPRESS and 28-35 days by sea.

1.We accept T/T bank,Weston Union and Paypal (Extra 5% commission charge).
2.30% deposit and 70% before shipping.
3.No payment collection.We can only deliver goods after getting full payment.
