1.Our 10 color screen printing machine is equipped with 36 printing pallets.Its length is 13.5m. Its width
is 3.55m. Its height is 1.68m.

2/ How much electricity does it consume per hour using flash dryers?If not?
The power of one flash dryer machine is 12KW. There are 10 flash dryer machines with a 10 color
automatic screen printing machine. Its total dryer power is 120KW. But in actual use, when all the
dryers are turned on to the maximum power, the power consumption of the machine is about 125
kWh per hour.This kind of operation is almost non-existent.Generally, 60% of the maximum power
will be consumed in actual use.
If you are using a type of ink that does not need to be dried, this machine will consume very little
power. Five kilowatts of electricity per hour will be enough.
