A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral gift boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages after finish production before balance payment.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW & FOB terms depend on order quantity.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally 3-5 days for sample order, 30 days for OEM bulk order after receiving your advance payment.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We have regular stock materials for the sample and small order, can fast delivery after receiver sample cost and courier cost.
Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
All our incoming materials are tested by advance testing equipment (PCB test, Key life test etc), and 100% QC checking the finished products including aging test, touch test, full function quality test, destroy test, shaking test, high-low temperature test etc. The outgoing product will be random tested again by QA according to the AQL standard.
