of Pillow packing machine and Vertical packing machine over 10 years in Foshan,China.About 40 min from factory to Guangzhou airport.

Q2:Have you ever exported your packing machine to other countries?

A2:Yes.We have exported the machines to many other countries,like America,Austrilia,Malaysia,Mexico,

Spain,Croatia,Greece,Thailand,Vietnam,South Africa,India,Indonedia,Saudi Arabia,Jordan,Ymen,Morocco,

Turkey,South Africa,Russia ,Serbia etc.

Q3:What info you need before confirming the machine?

A3:Your product picture,

     your product size(length,width,height,weight etc.),

     packing type(Back seal / quad seal / 3-side seal / 4-side seal etc),

     your product samples(for testing).

Q4:We never operate this kinds of machine,how can I learn it?

A4:You can bring your technician to learn the operation in our company.There are some training lessons 

about the machine operation. If you don't have the time to come us,we will send you the video and manual 

for your reference.

Q5:If the machine is breakdown with unexpected problems ,what should we do?

A5:At first,you can take off the power and check the machine carefully,then restart it.

     Second,operate it step by step according to the machine manual.

     Third,if the problem cannot be solved by yourself,you can reflect the situation to us and we will help you 

      to solve it asap.If needed,our technician can service overseas.
