1. After cleaning the oil and grease of waste aluminum, manually put it into the furnace with a forklift;



2. Ignition for melting furnace .Heat up to 680C, and input appropriate proportion of alloy elements. Heat up to 800C, melt and stir evenly, then fetch  samples to the spectrometer for testing.


Every lot of production need to do testing .



3. Put A tool that attracts iron into the furnace by forklift, to suck away the iron in the aluminum water.



4. Put the slag agent into Alu liquid to remove the slag. After slag removed , put the slags into Aluminum ash separation machine , and let the aluminum water and ash separate. The proportion of slag agent and aluminum liquid is 1:500



5.Open the drain valve and the aluminum water flows automatically to the ingot production line  After the ingot casting is completed, the ingot stacking robot will stack the ingots, which means the production is completed.

1. the Scope of this project ?


Melt waste aluminum (such as motor housing, engine housing, etc.), through high temperature melting and adding alloy elements to form ADC12 aluminum ingots.

3. Why quality should be perfect to make ADC-12?


ADC12 is a Japanese brand, also known as no. 12 aluminum material, al-si-cu alloy, which is a kind of die-casting aluminum alloy, suitable for cylinder head cover, sensor bracket, cylinder block, etc., the implementation standard is: JIS H 5302-2000 "aluminum alloy die-casting".ADC12 is equivalent to the alloy code YL113 made in China, and the alloy brand number is YZAlSi11Cu3, which implements the standard GB/T 15115-2009.American Alloy no. 384, ASTM B 85-03 Standard Specification for aluminium-alloy Die Castings (there may be a newer version than ASTM B 85-03)


 


4. Production flow chat ?


When the waste aluminum in the furnace heats up to 680 degrees, add other metal elements and heat up to 800 degrees. After the other metals are completely melted, stir them evenly. Then, remove slag and gas.


 


5. Environmental impact in this project


It will produce dust, waste gas and smoke. It is recommended to use cloth bag dust removal according to local environmental protection policy.
