In order to prevent reverse or sliding of inclined belt conveyor when it stops with load, check or brake device shall be added according to the actual situation after checking the brake torque.Backstop is widely used in reducer, coking plant and transportation machinery, conveyor, elevator, electric roller and other mechanical equipment requiring backstop.
Technical requirement
1. The working environment temperature of the backstop is - 20 ~ + 60 ℃.
2. The temperature rise of backstop shall be lower than 30 ℃ under normal operation.
3. Under the action of rated backstop torque, the backstop operates 105 times, and its wedge, inner ring and outer ring surface shall be free of pitting, plastic deformation and crack.
4. The heat treatment hardness of the main parts of the backstop shall meet the requirements of Table 3.
