Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, the sample fee and freight cost need to be collected first and the payment will be back for you if order.
Q2. What about the lead time and payment terms?
A: The lead time: About 35-40 days after deposit received.
Payment terms is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance T/T before delivery.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ?
A: Generally speaking, the MOQ for flashlight is 50ctns and other products in color box is 3000pcs.
But sometimes we could mix order with other customers. Please contact us for more information.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship goods by sea, rather than by air, as our items have sealed lead acid battery or li-ion battery built-in, they could not be shipped by air. The estimated time of arrive will be depend on the destination port.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We proceed EX WORK for LCL and FOB GUANGZHOU/SHENZHEN for FCL according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the contract and places at least 30% deposit for formal order.
Fourthly we arrange the production.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer one year warranty to our products.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we can discuss the solution according to real situation.
