1 Question: How about your package of the products?

Answer: Usually we first packed by poly bags(free), then packed by cartons(free). If you want to package by boxes, You can send me your design, so we base on your design to make it. This have excharge for boxes, And the boxes min order is 1000pcs.

2 Question: Can I have myself logo on the products?

Answer: Yes, We give the service of ODM and OEM, We are glad to put your logo on the products.Just send us your logo picture, so we can base on the products and logo design to advise you the position and logo types.

3 Question: Can I put the CE Or "Made In China" label on the products?

Answer: Usually, we put the sizes sticker on the poly bags, If you need "CE" sticker Or "Made In China" sticker on the poly bags, Let me know, We can do that.  

Question: Can I Ship It By Ourself Forwarder?

Answer: Yes, You can ship it by your forwarder, But if you do not have experience on it

, We will help you desolve that. Xiamen LongStar Orthopedic company have work very  close with forwarder, not only by air but also by ocean. We can get competitive price from our forwarders. If you are not good at it, We are glad to send you quotation from our forwarders and arrange the shipping. You just need place an order and all can be solved by our sales staff.

Question: How to Ship The Products? How to decide the shipping way?

Answer: You can ship the goods by air, express or ocean. It base on your quantity. If it is under 1CBM, We advise you ship it by air(5-7 days), Or it is a small quantity, It ship by express(3-7 days). If your order quantity is big, We advise ship the goods by ocean.

2 We give the service of OEM And ODM, We can put customer’s logo on products. and if you have new products, Send us samples, So we can base on your samples to make them.

3 Offer samples to check the quality first. It take about 7-10 days to get samples. You may need pay the samples fee and delivery fee, But once you place an order to get our min order, The samples fee will be returned.

4 We support you place an trial order first. Small quantity is fine.

1. Q–When can I get the price?

     A–We will send you offer sheet within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry.

2. Q–Are your samples free or need cost?

A–You should pay the samples fee, But once you place an order which meet our min order, The samples fee will be returned.

3. Q–How long can I expect to get the sample?

A–If we have sample at warehouse, we can send with 3 days, but if need to do sampling, it may takes 10-15 days to send you sample.

4. Q–What about the lead time for mass production?

A–To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, it takes around 40 days for mass production.

5. Q–About Shipping and Shipping Cost

A–It depends which way are you going to ship the goods, We can offer it by express,air shipment and ocean shipment.We have ourselves cooperate shipping company, We are glad to send you quotation if needed.
