A: T/T 30% in advance and TT 70% balance paid before shipment / 100% LC at sight.
Q: What is your warranty period?
A: Our payment terms is 12 month or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.
Q: There are many unqualified diesel generators in the market, how can you make sure your quality control?
A: We have past SGS, ISO:9001, CE certification, and we are Alibaba Gold Assessed Supplier, Every generator sets would be checked on twice strictly before shipping, and the quality inspection report will be sent to our customers with the products, and we glad to accept The Third-party inspection company quality check
