Machine details and more device
Pack material
Just put up/down films roll, the machine will form container for food, then seal films together.
Photo sensor
Install a photo sensor specially for printed film, so that it can detect position of film and seal correctly.
Full 304SS frame
Inside frame of machine is 304SS material..
Device for film scrap
The wheels will gather film scrap together. Client can easily remove it from wheels.
Conveyor
Machine will gentlely send finished packs with conveyor, then they will move to other systems.
Separate heat chamber
We separate preheat chamber and thermoform chamber, so that to save time.
Touch screen
The machine is controlled by PLC+touch screen.
Chinese / Saudi / Spanish / Russia / English language are optionals.
Packing molds
It can support one set packing mold, with different container depth.
