Operation steps of vacuum packaging machine
1. Turn on the power supply: switch the power supply to select the switch according to the need, that is, the power indicator light is on. The power supply selection switch points to vacuum sealing and vacuum charging to vacuum sealing.
2. Place the plastic bags containing articles in the vacuum chamber. The mouth of the bag is neatly placed on the heat seal (ifinflatable packing, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the mouth of the bag).
3. Press down the cover of the machine and light the exhaust (vacuum) indicator on the panel.When the vacuum pump starts pumping, the cover is automatically sucked. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to
the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the visual scale is from low to high, and the range is small.
4. When the exhaust reaches the set time (i.e. the required vacuum), the exhaust end, the exhaust indicator lights out, and the inflatable indicator lights up to indicate the beginning of inflatability. The inflatable knob can adjust the inflatable time
(i.e. the amount of inflatable), the method is the same as the above. If there is no need to inflate, set the power switch to the vacuum position, the program automatically enters the vacuum packaging, and the inflatable indicator lights out.
5. When the exhaust or inflation is completed, the indicator lights will be extinguished, and the heat seal indicator lights will be on, i.e. enter the sealing procedure. The panel is equipped with heat seal time and temperature adjustment knobs to adapt to different thickness materials. When adjusting time and temperature, the rotation range will be small to prevent the sudden increase of the heat seal temperature.
6. When the heat sealing time is set, the heat sealing indicator lights will go out and the heat sealing will be finished. That
is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is lifted automatically, and the vacuum filling packaging process will be completed. The next packaging cycle will be prepared.
