This machine is the last process equipment of the carton molding ,it is suitable for to gluing 3/5/7ply corrugated cardboard ,this machine is in high efficiency and the cardboard is beautiful.the most beneficial is that binder costs less than the stitching machine ,it is strong adhesion,easy operation and smoothly operation which is ideal equipment of exporting advanced cardboard processing .
1. working table :
Photoelectricity control the feeding height automatically ,reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency .
2. flatten correction :
1) After gluing and the second pressing ,the bonder is smooth and firm
2) With the automatic correction device ,make the carton’s size correctly .
3) Fan airing function
4) Counting output devices ,with the Photoelectricity correlated body, when reaching to the const carton ,it outputs automatically .
3. transverse output :
After the transverse output is according to the output signal ,stacking is convenient banding .
