1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are trading company with our own factory, we are in Ningbo, welcome to visit our company.
2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
3. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-7 days. Order quantity less than 2000pcs, mass production time needs 15-20 days;the quantity is less than 6000, and the delivery time is 35 days;more than 10000pcs, the lead time need to negotiate.
4. What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000-3000pcs, 1pc for sample checking is available
5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
6. How to proceed an order for led light?
Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
