Introduction

This product is used in DC filter circuit. Polypropylene film with excellent performance is used as medium, metallized layer as electrode plastic shell structure, flame-retardant ul94-v0 epoxy resin filling, with good self-healing, stable product capacity, small loss, high reliability, fixed installation holes on both sides, easy to install and fix; copper pipes with upper and lower conduction are set in the installation hole. The common electrode of the capacitor is connected with the ground wire by fixing screws.

Application

It is applied to the automobile circuit and connected to the power line to absorb the peak surge voltage of the back EMF generated by the inductor, so that the waveform becomes smooth, thereby suppressing or reducing the noise.

Packaging and transportation

The capacitor shall be packed in corrugated box, and the product certificate should be placed in the box. Mark on the box: capacitor name, model, specification, quantity, manufacturer, etc. The box is printed with "moisture-proof", "handle with care", "upward" and other signs or words for safe transportation and placement.

During the product stacking process, the products should be placed stably, and the stacking height should not be too high, so as to prevent the products from falling down and being stressed.

The packing box is allowed to be transported in any way without the direct rain and snow damage and mechanical damage.

Storage conditions

The storage temperature of the capacitor is recommended to be - 25 ℃~ + 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 70%. The capacitor shall be stored in the warehouse without acid, alkali and other harmful impurities in the surrounding air, and the protection measures such as damp proof, sun proof and so on shall be taken to avoid rain to ensure the product quality.
