Biscuit production line processing from dough mixing, hard and soft biscuit forming, biscuit baking, biscuit cooling, biscuit packing. From mixing to biscuit packing, whole biscuit production line consist of units as above.

Hard biscuit forming line have three-roll sheeter, laminator, B/C/D gauge roll combination, rotary cutter and separator. Dough sheeting thickness can be 1mm.

The forming mould can be change, Machine cover 304 Stainless steel, food grade PU conveyor belt with guides groove, SIEMENS transducer electric and PLC touch screen control.
