Made of mica insulation, nickel chrome heating wire and stainless steel sheath,Mica band heaters are the ideal solution for high watt densities and high operating temperature applications, especially for the plastics industry. We can produce vatious shapes to accomodate different applications and industries.All Customer Design Requirements such as European plugs,terminal boxes, wire leads, post terminals and tapped thermocouple bracketsare available from our factory to service Asian, European, American Market , etc.
