   A: Copper carving process and electroforming process
     Copper carving process: combining traditional wax loss method, mould method and modern high-tech 3D technology production equipment to improve the production process of copper sculpture, precision casting of various precious metals such as gold, silver, copper religious statues, gods, figures, animals, copper tripod, building models, high-grade copper trophies and other copper sculpture works of art, copper sculpture surface can be made of gold, plating, casting, pasting gold, hot coloring, color painting, etc. Effect;

    Electroforming process: Using modern high-tech hollow electroforming technology, using silver, copper and other trace metal elements as the base, the gold elements in liquid are purified and extracted into copper casting crafts.

3Q.Which kind of products can you produce?

A: We have more than 10 years’ product experience, we are professional manufacturer for bronze sculpture , with various kinds of products.

4Q.Which kind of product size can you produce?

A: 30 meters high Buddha for domestic market, the small one is up to 10cm, we can produce the product according to customer’s required size.

5Q.How long is the production time?

A: Different products and quantities have different procedures and time. 

    Normally it costs 7-10 days for mud mould making; 20 days for casting, welding, polishing and patina making based on small quantity. Longer time is necessary for big quantity.

6Q.How we start the order?
A: First we will offer the quotation to you. Second we will offer the PI and payment information after you confirm the quotation. Then it is kind of you to arrange the deposit. We will manufacture the product after we receive the copy of payment remittance. After finish the products, we will take detailed pictures for your confirmation. Following, it is you that arrange the balance payment, then we deliver the goods .
