Q:What Is the Warranty for the light?
A:For the lamp flxture,we have 18 month warranty. We are confident of our product, usually If you find the light is out of work,please check whether the bulb is broken.
Q:How about the Water-proof function?
A:Considering the the satuation of navigation, when we design and develop a lamp or connector, we will test and inspect several times to make sure all of them have a wonderful water-proof performance.Almost of our product is IP 56.
Q:Will your light works on a dimmer switch?
A:Except few types, such as the chart light, the reading light which are used in cabin has the dimmerable function, others(navigation signal light, fluorescent light)are without the dimmerable function. But we can provide different power illuminant for your selection.
Q:Does your light support AC/DC?
A:Yes, our light fixture support both alternatlong current and direct current:
      AC: 12V 24V
      DC: 110V 22V 380V 440V
Q:What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our light?
A:Their AC voltage tolerance is+/-10%.
Q:Will you provide sample?
A:Yes, we can provide sample, but the courier fees should payed by collector.
