1. This machine is used to TPU/TR/PVC material shoes sole.

2.Special small disc eith four or six station, more flexible on mold, machine bigger oil cylinder, one mould one pair, highte output.

3.Machine tith automatic open mold device, cooling water connect with each mold, better cooling and finalize effect.

4.Injection pressure and speed of each station can be controlled individually according to different materials and molds by PLC system;It can use different molds at the same machine.It saves the time of mold-change and extends the cooling time.

5. Servo system is select-able to save electricity and auto opener is also select-able to save labor. These two items can be selected by customer.
