Existing samples are free, you only to bear the international shipping cost.

2. Can I customize my product?

With our great honor. We provide OEM and ODM services for customers.

Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange for sampling once received your deposit.

      3. What is the normal lead time?

For regular products, lead time: around 25 working days after receive deposit.

 T/T, trade assurance, 30% deposit, balance before shipment. L/C negotiable.

ISO 9001 certified. We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; Picture record while packing.

       6. If any quality problem, how can you settle for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, please take pictures from the original carton.

All the claims must be presented within 7 work days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
