1.If the order is not big,door to door service by courier is okay,such as epacket etc to all countries.

2.By air or sea through your pointed forwarder is the normal way we do. FOB Port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen;
3.If you don't have your forwarder,we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.

1. What's your best price for this product?
A: We will quote you best price according to your quantity, so when you making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want. if not, then We will quote price for MOQ
2. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
A: For Silver Product, if we have the existing design, MOQ is 5 PCs per model , we can mix colors for you if have various colores . If you want to make your own design and print your own logo, MOQ is 100 PCs per model.
3. What's the delivery time?
A: For products that are existed models from our company, we can ship it within 7 -15 working days after receiving your payment. For custom order, quantity within 2000PCs, production time is 25-30 days after all details confirmed.
4.What's your packing?
A:Our usual packing for Silver Products is opp bag, packing box is also availlable.
5. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes, we can do free Laser logo for you.
6.What about the warranty?
A: Warranty is 1 year from shipment date. For quality issue or shortage of quantity, please give us feedback once you receive them. We will need your pictures for the packing carton and default products and actually weight of the goods to check and deal with your order issue accordingly.
