2. What are we specialized in and what's the main material?

a. Plastic injection parts :  ABS,PP,PE,PA,PMMA,PC,PVC,POM,PTFE,PFA,PEI ect

b. Rapid prototype: ABS, PA, silicone, soft plastics , metal ect.

b. Rubber molded parts: silicone, EPDM, NBR,NR, CR,PU ect

c. Foam tape and foam: PE, EVA, PU ect.

d. Metal stamping parts: CRS, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum ect.





3. What's our payment term and method?

a. paypal : less than US$2000;

c. Alibaba Trade Assurance : unrestricted;

d. T/T to our company business account: more than US$1000;

Tooling(mould): 50% deposit , 50% paid against the approval of samples; Small tooling (mould) 100% paid in advance.

Samples: less than 10pcs is free;

Products funds: 30% deposit, 70% paid before shipment. For small amount less than US$2000, 100% paid in advance.

 

4. What's the MOQ ( minimum order quantity)?

It's up to the detailed products. Generally, the total funds should be more than US$500.

 

5. What's the process of deal?

a. Customers send inquiry ( drawings or samples);

b. We send quotation sheet;

c. We both make a deal. Customers send the money of toolings;

d. Once getting the deposit of toolings, we start to build the toolings;

e. We produce toolings and samples, then send samples to customers for approval;

f. Once customers approved the samples, we can go ahead with the mass production;





6. What's the owner of the toolings?

Once customers paid 100% amount of toolings, customers will be the owner of the toolings.
