In these Heaters, resistance wire is spirally wound and put into a glass tube. Ends of the wires are connected to lead wires passing through end sealing caps. These heaters are of high conversion efficiency. They can heat up very fast and attain high temperatures to the range of 500 to 600 deg C in few minutes. These heaters feature low thermal inertia, corrosion resistant,stable thermo-chemistry, long-time good insulation, pollution free.
