Potatoes——de-stoner&cleaning——peeling——inspecting——cutting——grading——blanching——conditioning——drying——frying——de-oiling——pre-cooling ——frozen——packing ——cold storage

3.Quality for the final products :frozen potato chips
Sectional dimension :7.5*7.5mm and 10*10mm
Length: ≥76 mm(≥5%) , ≤45 mm(≤30%)
