7. How about the packing and shipping?

Answer: Normally, we have strong wooden case to protect the crane. And sometimes if customers want to load in a full container, that is ok.

8. Where is your factory located? Can I visit your factory?

Answer: We are in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province, east China. We have international airport. 1 hour from Shanghai by train. Very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome.
