1Are you manufacturer company or trading company?
We are manufacturer, located in Haining city Zhejiang province, just one hour away from Hangzhou/Shanghai. Warmly welcome to OTI-Wansheng Matel Structure.
2.What's the scale of your factory?
Our factory occupies a total area of 35000 square meters with over 50 staff,including 6 professional salespersons and designers.
3. What are your main products?
Including office partitions, executive standing desks, conference standing tables, common adjustable desks, filing cabinets, coffee tables and so on.
4.Why is our products quality better?
Our products are heavier than others that means we use more materials for better quality. For example, SXT01,SYT01 about 38kg, 8kg more than other manufacturers.
And our desks boast for its stablity.
5.About the shipping.
For single desk.One pearl carton box. foam packaging, about 38KG And the measurement is 850mm*330mm*270mm. total 0.09m3
6.Is the requested model in stock?
We always try to keep enough stock of our most popular models. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that a model in a certain color is not in stock anyway. To find out the latest stock information we would like to ask you to contact us. Because we usually plan far ahead, it is not possible for us to accurately display stock levels on our website.
7. What is the warrany period on your products?
We offer 5~10 years warranty to all our products.The motor 5 years and the metal frame 10 years.
8. How do you solve warranty claims?
At present,for bulky orders, we would like to compensate 2 pces per 1000pcs. And for other oders, once the quality caused by production is confirmed on the warranty time. we could provide intruction or a new one or parts or repair it.
9.Do you sell desk frame only or with table top together?
Generally speaking, we are just selling frame only. If you really need,we can offer table top together.
10.Can I choose the color?
Yes. We have kinds of colors for different materials such as fabric, melamine,aluminum.
11.Can you accept customized?
Yes, we can. Please confirm with us by your CAD maps.
12. Can I change the size of product?
A:We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes to meet your exact requirements.
13.What is your delivery time?
For normal models, 3~5 days! For bulky orders or customized orders, pls confirm with us first.
14. What is your payment term?
Normally,T/T, 30%deposit and the rest balanced before shipment.We also accept LC in some countries.
