Cassette sprockets could do some serious affect to your shifting exprience.If the sprockets wear out,they will no loger provide good shifting control.Even make terrible noises under pressure or eventually speed the wear-out of the chain and chainrings. So you need to check the index group set wearout situation and ready to replace the old parts with new ones. One thing you need to know is that when you change the cassette,you should change the chain together.Because the loerchain would be stretched longer than the new chain and that will cause the queaks and noises.If you keep use the old chian the noise would dissappear later,however the life of the cassette would be much shorter.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for your product?

A: Sample order is welcome here. Mixed samples are acceptable. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock,but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Most of our products are in stock ,1-3 days for sample or small amount orders,20-30 days for mass production depending on actual order size.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by express way like DHL,UPS,FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: All our products are produced in strict quality control system . During the guarantee period,we will send new products for small quantity.
