Installation matters
1. Determine the size of the anti-static pad according to the work needs. The lower surface and upper surface of the table mat and the components are thoroughly cleaned with alcohol.
2. Lay foil on the surface under the anti-static table pad, and the aluminum foil can only be lapped at the folding position. Pressing down the knob connector from the front of the anti-static pad can be replaced by other nuts to make it pass through the pad and foil to ensure good electrical contact.
3. Lay the prepared anti-static pad on the working table. And determine the area of anti-static mat according to the range of activities of operators. Place the table on the anti-static mat.
4. To ground the anti-static safety workbench, use multi stranded copper core flexible wires or cables with cross-sectional area of not less than 2m m2 to connect the anti-static platform mat and ground mat with 1m Ω resistance in series respectively to the ground wire configuration system. After installation, it is best to check before use.

If the laboratory floor is not an anti-static floor, it must be placed in front of the anti-static workbench, and a piece of anti-static rubber pad should be placed under the feet of the experimenter standing on the front of the anti-static workbench.
