Negative pressure distillation process
1.The waste oil vacuum distillation unit is designed as a continuous production process, and the waste oil is pumped into the preheating system by vacuum. After heating, it is automatically sent to the still (normal temperature-380 °C end) . The vacuum adjustment in-0.03 MPA can get about 80% of the fuel oil (diesel) base oil production (the requirements of the raw oil and the production of fuel oil vacuum should be controlled in-0.08 MPA) , the use of one-time feed mode of production, with the change of temperature, after the gas is purified in the gas tower, the gas enters the condensing system of the equipment. When the gas passes through the first stage of condensing, 95% of the oil gas is converted, and then enters the second stage of condensing. The remaining 3%-5% of the gas is converted, it then goes into a three-stage vertical condenser to prevent a small amount of the gas from not being converted. That is, the unconverted gas enters the oil-gas separation system. And then it goes into the furnace to ignite it.
2.Negative pressure environmental protection type: no smoke, no smell and no secondary pollution in the production process; in order to meet the standard of environmental protection emission, the burned gas is further purified, the crack pipe is cooled by condensation, then the crack pipe is sprayed by two stages to remove dust, then the crack pipe is separated by gas and water, finally the crack pipe is decomposed by UV light to eliminate the harmful substances completely, which meets the national emission standard.
3.The equipment can be operated using fuel oil or natural gas as heat source (heating with non-condensable gas in the production process to save fuel)
