THREADING STEPS:

1.Inset the heat pipe into the barrel tray hole.

2.Put the glue thread into the thread stop wheel first, then thread the lead needle.

3.Pass the lead pin into the top hole of heat pipe until the lower end exposes lead pin.

4.Clamp the exposed pin end and pull it down.

5.The glue line is pressed by the bottom of the pressure roller.

OPERATION STEPS:

1.Connect with power, 220V, single phase, preheaing time is 3 minutes.

2.Insert the pin to the hole under the heating pipe

3.Through the thread to structure, fix it on the pin, extract the pin with thread quickly

4.Fix the thread roller on the structure and add some oil on the sponge.

5.Hold the handle, make the black and white wheels on the veneer at the same time. The arrowheat points the thread, keep forward by average speed.
