Small steel tube bender machine is mainly used for the variety of materials of different thickness of various diameters of steel pipe,stainless steel pipe Bent into the shape of the arc.

1.This series machine only used for bending the tube angles from 5 to 180 degrees.If you want to bending arc,we have another series tube bender machine.

2.If your tube diameter is 24mm,you want to choose TWG-25 model bender machine,but if we recomend to u big model,pls understand us.

Because we recomend the model according to your tube material,tube diameter,tube thickness,tube bending radius,machine power etc.

The technical parameter only apply to our normal carbon steel tube in china market.Hope u can understand us.

Principle Structure

TWG-25/38/50/63/75/100 intelligent programmable microcomputer CNC steel pipe bending bending machine constitutes by Clip pipe device(in-built Clip pipe mould),bending working device,including type wheel and exterior rotary device,bending power plsnt motor,speed changing box and so on,CNC control device and so on.

Pedal the foot switch at first,Motor rotate clockwise use the triangle by the gearbox to slow down,and then when use the main output shaft of the gearbox to driven the bending work device rotation to the desired position,the motor automatic reversal,when the bending work device back to the aircraft stands,stop trip switch off the circuit.the motor stop working is complete.
