Henan Chengyi provides the high purity quartz tube as the replacement part for high-temperature PECVD tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.

Application Notes | * For vacuum sealing, please choose vacuum flanges at the related products below * This quartz tube is excellent for our PECVD tube furnace and DIY tube furnace below 1200°C * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C * The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube * Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa * In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry sample, instead of loading sample directly inside the tube |
