A:Our MOQ is 2000pcs if you need OEM order, but we can accept small order .

Q:Sample time ? Free or charge and refundable? 

A:Sample time need 2-5 days after received payment ,we'll charge from you ,but will return back after the order.

Q:How to pay the sample fee ?

A:We have paypal account or T/T

Q:Could you do the color we like ? and we need print our logo on the product  and package ?

A:Of course you can  ,You only need to provide us the color sample or the pantong number.print your logo is no problem,just      provide us the artwork .

Q:How much will increase for the logo print on product ?

A:It will increase $0.04 for 1/color/spot.

Q:How about  the production time and  shipping means ?

A:We need 20-25 days after  the sample confirmed ,we ship out goods by air (door to door )or by sea(FOB shenzhen or HK ).

Q: How's your payment terms ?

A:Mostly T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance  before shippment. we also accept L/C.

Q:What's the products warranty time ? How will you do when it goes wrong during the warranty ?

A: We provide 6 months warranty ,during this time it goes wrong not by human pls provide us pictures ,we will give you the credit note for the next order usage.
