A: TT: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid against shipping docs. For small amount, say less than USD1000 full payment in advance to save bank fee.

Q: Can the sample charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?

Q: If the products have some quality problems , how will you deal with it?
A: lf the quality problem of products is caused by us, we will be responsible for it and provide a replacement service immediately. 

Q: Could you provide samples for test?
A: Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.

A: Once you place order with us, we have professional staff to track your order constantly, let you know the newest process until you have received it. QC job will be conducted before each shipment with detailed QC report.
