Magnetic Design

LED Indicator

Q: Does it support charging for Apple Watch?

A: For watch charging module, it is only compatible with Galaxy Watch 42/46mm/Gear S3/Gear Sport. Not compatible with Gear S2 /older Samsung Watch Models/Apple Watch and any other brands of watches.

Q: It can charge the watch at the beginning, but after a while, it stops charging along with frequent flash screen and over-temperature warning. The watch gets too hot. Would the fire hazard happen?

A: The reason why it cannot charge later is that the watch induction area does not align at the coil of the wireless charging area. Due to the positional deviation, the charger gets hot severely, resulting in that the watch gets overheated and alerts charging failure. You should slightly shift the position of the watch and try to aim the center of the watch induction area at the center of the wireless charging area. If placed correctly, the watch will be charged normally.

Q: Can the devices with protective case be charged?

A: If the mobile devices (phone or Galaxy Watch 42/46mm/Gear S3/Gear Sport) are installed the thicker protective case, wireless charging may not work normally. Please remove the thicker case and then put the devices onto the wireless charger.

Q: Does the watch have to be laid flat? Can it be charged from the side?

A: The watch must be laid flat and cannot be charged from the side.

Q: What kinds of phone models is it compatible with?

A: This charger is compatible with all Qi-enabled phones. You can charge your device horizontally or vertically and lay it flat for charging. (The left charging area supports wireless charging for 5W, 7.5W, and 10W phones while the right one only supports wireless charging for 5W phone).
