FAQ

Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods In 1, 5 m/tons of big bags or sling bags in which 50 kg. Kraft brown paper or PP (polypropylene) bags.

Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: Advanced payment 30% against the seller pro forma invoice, for the balance payment shall be completed 7 days before loading.

A:2. By confirmed, irrevocable L/C, which is %100 payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents, and established by a first-class European bank to the Seller's bank in Turkey. L/C should be opened within the order confirmation and all confirming bank expenses will be at Buyer's account. (Please add USD 1 to our offer)

Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the destination, items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
