 These truffles are produced by a family run firm in a town close to the Sibillini Mountains, where the climate and soil are ideal for truffle growth. The truffles are sniffed for by dogs and are found at the feet of small oaks watered by an ancient roman channel. All these elements contribute to high quality truffles. They are excellent , and will enhance any pasta or mushroom dish, giving it extra depth of flavour. . The truffles are in olive oil and are delicious just by themselves on warm bread. These fragrant slices of truffles can also be added to pasta.
