CHARACTERISTIC
HG1 blowers can be used in almost all areas where pulsation-free vacuum and pressure operations are required. This type of fan can be installed horizontally or vertically. Die-cast aluminum makes it extremely robust.
- High Efficient
The HG1 fan is equipped with a 1.2 service factor high-efficiency motor, using cold-rolled silicon steel core and high-temperature sealed bearings. It can effectively reduce the working temperature rise and ensure the sustainable operation. The precise clearance between the cavity and the impeller makes the air medium output under pressure stably.
- Not Maintained
Permanently sealed high temperature bearings. Air-cooled motors and impeller-free access ensure full maintenance-free operation.
- Environmental protection
Oil-free compression and a built-in muffler, together with a high-efficiency motor, allow the HG1 scroll fan to run quietly with low energy consumption.
Technical note
The HG1 filter vortex high pressure fan works according to the pulse principle. The kinetic energy generated by the rotating impeller is transmitted to the pumped medium and converted into pressure. The side channel formed by the impeller and the aluminum casing directly mounted on the drive motor shaft allows the medium to be compressed therein and then discharged through the muffler on the pressure side.
