Q:What is the MOQ for your product?
A: We can accept small and big order quantity both, based on the price.

 

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Our product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
(Battery only for 3 months.) Note: Optic lenses not included.
Considering that the shipment will cost some time, so usuarlly we offer our customer 18 months for guarantee from the date of outgoing recheck of your order at our factory.

 

Q: What about your package?
A: We packed our products in standard export carton.

 

Q: What about your delivery time and method?
A: We will effect shipment within 3 working days for a small volume order. (20 unit)
General order with less than 200 sets, if the goods is common and in stock, we can delivery them within 2-7days, If the quantity is more than 500 sets and OEM/ODM order, we can delivery them within 10-30days.
We usually delivery goods via Express.

 

Q: What is your payment term ?

A:We can accept T/T for general order ,Paypal and Western union for small order or samples order.

Q:How can I order?
A: We will make quotation after you send us your purchase plan (including product name,model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send us your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you the payment way. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
