    Q2: Can you do the design for us?
    Yes, we have professional design & technic team with rich experience in development. We have done many orders for our customers with their specific requirements. Such as put your logo on the shoes, or design the shoes according to your ideas.

    Q3: Do you offer free samples?
    We'll provide one piece sample for free, while, you're required to pay the freight.
    For the products we have stock, will send out the sample within 5 days.
    For the products out of stock or with your own design, we're able to send out the sample within 15 days.

    Q4: How about your company's quality control?
    We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end, such as checking the material, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, instructing the packing, etc.

    Q5: What is your MOQ of the products?

    The normal MOQ is 100 pairs per style/color.
    While, if your order can not reach our MOQ, it will be fine if you can accept surcharge, the MOQ is not fixed, don't worry about it, we can further discuss it in a happy method.
