Yes, We will provide a swatches.
5, Can I install myself? Will it be hard?
Very simple, tighten the screws directly, and then cover it, very beautiful.
6, How long will it not rust /anti rust after install? How to maintain?
For the staircase indoor,we did anti-rust paint after degreasing, ten years will not rust at least. For the staircase outdoor, we
can do hot galvanizing, if the environment is not too wet (like the seaside), It will keep 20 years not rust.
7, Should I installed the staircase before or after tiling or wood flooring?
If the floor is tiles, you will install the staircase after tiling with professional punch; If the floor is wood floor, you have
to install the embedded parts before wood flooring and then install the staircase.
8, How to measure the size for the staircase if my stairs are spiral stairs?
If it is round, provide radius is ok.
9, What should I do if there any demage during shipping?
If it’s CIF price, we are responsible for the shipping untill your port, we will insure for the products, If there any damage,
the insurance company will compensate you.
If it’s EXW price, you are responsible for the shipping, we will take pictures after packing and before shipping.
10, What should I do if I can’t install it, if too long or too short?
We will confirm the drawing with you before produce, if there any difference with the drawing and make it can’t be install, we
will compensate you or re-produce it, we bear the cost; If you provide the wrong size and make it can’t be install, you have to
responsible for it.
11, Do you provide samples?
