HT CFDM fabric dyeing machine is our specially designed machine that is produced with meticulous tests. It works by exhaustion process and enables you to perform the wet finishing and dyeing processes. It can meet your requirements relating to the operations which their liquor ratios are determined by you as between minimum 1/4 and maximum 1/12 according to process and material features. The facility of working with knitted or woven fabrics produced of cotton or synthetic fibers with min. 40 gsm and max. 1200 gsm ratios, is presented for your utilization by means of the specially designed adjustable nozzle system of HT CFDM working above or under the machine capacities is optional for you.

1.\tMain body and equipment;

1.1 - All the surfaces on the machine which contact the chemicals are produced of AISI 316L type stainless steel. Other parts connected to the main body and not in contact with chemical are made of 304L stainless steel.

1.2\t - The body of the machine is designed for cotton, synthetic and mixed fibers, and knitted fabrics as body suitable for working in H.T. conditions.

1.3\tThe main body is tested at 4,5 bar pressure.


1.4 – The dyeing chamber has size lid for load & unload and intervention to fabric. There are observing glasses on the lid to observe the fabric during process, which are resistant to heat, pressure and impact. The locking system of the lid is provided by manual and air valves.

1.5 - There is led lighting system on the body. .

1.6 - In case of intervention, there is an intervention cover on the side dished for entry / exit of the personnel into the machine.

1.7- There is a manometer for showing of the pressure on body.

1.8 - The outside surface of the machine is cleaned by sandblasting method and lasting inox machine color is applied.

2.\tHeat exchanger and equipment;

2.1\t- The body and the connection flanges of the heat exchanger are produced of 316L stainless steel.

2.2\t - The heat exchanger pipes quality is 316L stainless steel.

2.3 - A vertical type heat exchanger system has been designed to reduce the loss of yield.

2.4\t - The valves used in heating and cooling inlet and outlet are stainless steel.

2.5 - The heat exchanger has compensator system for rapid changed temperature fluctuation.

2.6 - Heating capacity is 4 – 5 ºC minute with 6 Bar steam pressure and cooling capacity is 3 ºC minute with 4 Bar water.

3. Reel and equipment;

3.1 - Th body, bearing shaft, bearing, lifter reel body and the other parts are produced of 316L stainless steel.

3.2 - The lifter reels in each winch are individually control by inverter.

4.\tNozzle and equipment;

4.1- There is a cylindrical form and adjustable nozzle system.

4.2 - There is a manometer with stainless steel body which showing the nozzle pressure.

4.3 - The water movement in the nozzle is controlled by the crushers during.

4.4 - The max. pressure value in the nozzle: 1,8 – 2,0 bar. (main pump:100% and nozzle position:0)

5.\tDYE / CHEMICAL TANK;

5.1- The dye / chemical tank and its parts are produced of 316L stainless steel.

5.2 - The tank has 1/5 - 1/6 water receiving capacity depending on the machine capacity.

5.3 – The tank has the mixer motor for circulation system.

5.4\t - The tank is equipped with an indirect serpentine heating system. Temperature measurement has provided with PT100 electrical sensor.

5.5 – The tank has a physical level scale.

 The tank has dosing pump. The pump main body and parts touch chemical are made of 316L stainless steel.

5.6\t- There is dosing valve which allow the tanks to make fast and slow dosing.

5.7\t- The liquid in the tank is measured by the hydrostatic level sensor.

6.\tWATER and STEAM VALVES;

6.1\t- The fill water, transfer, dosing and drain valves used on the machine are well known brand. Y or T types are normally closed, on-off pneumatically controlled valves.

6.2 - Actuation controlled butterfly type valves well known brand is used. (To transfer from reserve tank to machine) IF RESERVE TANK IS INCLUDED

6.3 - Heat exchanger and reserve tank heating valves well-known brand is used.

7.\tFILTER;

7.1\t- The filter body and internal perforated filters are produced of 316L stainless steel.

7.2 - The filter system is located in the main pump suction line.

7.3\t - The horizontal position filter was designed to increase the pump productivity.

7.4 - The holes are perforated with suitable hole diameter and shape to provide proper sucking and prevent the fibers to get into the machine and not cause to any disorderliness such as congestion in the nozzles and pump fans.

7.5 - Perforated filter have easy to assemble and can be easily cleaned of fibers deposited on the surface.

8.\tMAIN CIRCULATION PUMP;

8.1\tMain circulation pump is special designed and Turkish origin.

8.2\t - The main body of the pump is produced of 316L quality stainless casting.

8.3\t - The pumps used are highly efficient centrifugal type pumps specially designed for dyeing machines. It has high performance during working with low liquor ratios.

8.4 - Pump speed is controlled by inverter.

9.\tMAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL and PNEUMATIC VALVE PANEL;

9.1 - The electrical and pneumatic panel body are produced of 304L quality stainless steel.

9.2 - All the controls of the machine are performed by means of 2 panels.

~ MAIN PANEL (next to the machine main body); It is the control and power division.

~ VALVE PANEL (behind the main panel): Contains pneumatic materials.

9.3\tENMOS brand controller-computer is used for full automatic controlling of the machine. (This brand may chance by customer request.)

9.4\tElectrical connection diagram and drawing are delivered to the buyer company with the machine.

10.\tSAFETY EQUIPMENTS;

10.1 - There are 2 safety valves on the main body. The valves European origin and fixed 3 bar.

10.2 - There is a check valve on the machine body.

10.3 - Fabric loading and unloading cover has with pneumatic valve. This valve mission lock cover in high pressure position.

10.4 - Using for electrical safety controller is DANFOSS brand.

10.5 - When working under pressure, necessary locks are also used via PLC.

10.6 - The pressure switch lights on the main panel when the machine is operating high pressure.
