1.Lamp Burner/Wick
There are many levels of quality of the lamps burner/wicks.
Lamp/Wick producted by our own factory.With solid quality and high brightness,and long life time.
2.Lamp Cup
The lamps cup also have good quality and poor quality.
We use High Temperature Glass / CRYSTOE and NEOPARIES lamps cups.
3.Housing
Some of the suppliers will use second hands housing for the lamp module.
We will used 100% new housing for the lamp.
4.Accessories and Assembly
Cement
The temperature of the burner can reach to 1000+ degree.
The cement is very important for the lamps.
Lamps assembly follow the standard data.Different lamps have different data and focus.
Testing
for final brightness and focus is very important for the lamps.
QC: Lamp only allow to be packed after Quality Checking.

Before placing an order, please comfirm the problem of projector/television, or the lamp. Wrong judgment will bring us problems. Usually, the projector/television does not work or poor picture , it caused from below aspects:
