Working principle:

When the fruits and vegetables that have been crushed or pitted enter the machine through the feeding port, the bottom diameter of the spiral is along the exit direction of the slag. Gradually increase and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is propelled by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced, and the material is squeezed. The rotation direction of the spiral main shaft is clockwise when viewed from the hopper to the slag tank. The raw materials are added to the feed hopper and are pressed under the spiral advancement. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom of the juice container through the filter, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the pressure-regulated cone. The movement of the pressure adjusting head in the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. For clockwise (when turning the handwheel bearing seat when looking from the slag discharge slot of the equipment to the end of the feed hopper, the pressure adjusting head is to the left, the gap is reduced, otherwise the gap is increased.)
