  A: solid color ribbon , sample is free,but you have to charge the delivery fee. if it is printed ribbon , sample fee30-50USD

Question 3: what is your lead time and delivery time ?

A : if it is solid color ribbon , we have stock , lead time 2-3days ; if it is printed ribbon , lead time  6-10days , delivery time  5-8days by express 

Question 4:  what is the express company do you use  ?

A: general,  We use DHL ,  UPS TNT ARAMEX FedIex IP/IE  is ok or special railway line 

Question 5:  can i printed my logo on ribbon ? what should i have to provide ?

A: yes you can . our company professional customized printed ribbon . you'd better provide the design drawing
