Evaporative condenser is one of the main heat exchange equipment in refrigerating system, its major task to cool the high temperature that compressor discharged and super heated stream to be liquid refrigerant.

Evaporative condenser is applied widely in the bellowing industry:
Business refrigerating system: food processing, logistics fruit and vegetable storage, dairy and drink. brewing and ferment, etc.

Industry refrigerating system: petrochemical processing, paper making and metallurgy, pharmacy, water and electrical power, coal and mining, etc.

Condensing coil

Condensing coil is made of high quality 25mm seamless steel tube or 26.7 mm elliptic type high frequency welding pipe. Design pressure is 1.97 Mpa, after the coil welded,assembled and hot-dipped in zinc, it is subjected to 2.5MPa air tightness test three times in water to ensure no leakage. After assembling, the whole body was treated with ultra-thick hot dip zinc. The coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow to facilitate liquid delivery and the coil pressure drop can be reduced.

Circulation pump

The evaporation condenser cover use imported aluminium zinc plate or SS304,SS316. The imported aluminum zinc plate is one of the most corrosion-resistant galvanized sheets. It has a service life 3-6 times than ordinary galvanized sheet, and it has strong thermal resistance, excellent heat resistance , beautiful appearance and other advantages.

Axial flow fan

Our product adopt special axial fan with aluminum alloy blade. The structure design of tilting type wind page, streamline inlet air duct, no pulley drive, and adopts the fully enclosed self-cooled low noise special motor. It has the advantage of small size,light weight, good start-up performance,reliable operation and durability.

PVC filler heat exchange layer

The specially designed PVC honey comb cross-flow packing and the shortcut cross -wind structure can maximize the
heat exchange between water and air and improve the water cooling effect. It has the advantage of good fire resistance, small drag coefficient, anti-aging, and hard to deform.

Advanced water distribution system

The cooling water sprinkler system use a large flow of anti-blocking basket type water spray to ensure the continuous and uniform spraying of water on the coil assembly, in the role of the wind maximum coverage of the coil surface, so that water, air and refrigerant can have fully heat exchange, improving the heat transfer effect. The nozzle is buckled on the spray branch pipe, which can be easily disassembled when cleaning the nozzle and spray branch pipe.

Removable dehydrator

Evaporation condenser original removable dehydrator is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material. Its structure makes the air flow direction change can effectively remove the moisture from the coil, so that the water drift rate reaches 0.001 %. When the water eliminator or packing is cleaned, the eliminator can be removed easily.
