Q3: Can i Get samples?
A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs.

    Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

 

Q4: What’s the delivery time of your products?

A: Usually the delivery time is 30-45 days after confirming order and detail.

    Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season.

 

Q5: How does your factory do regarding quality control.

A: Quality is priority. We will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.

 

Q6: What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally T/T, but we also accept L/C, PAYPAL.
For mass production: 30% deposit before mass production,70% before shipment.

 

Q7: Can we use our own logo and design?
A: Yes, you can. We'll according to your request to put you logo or design . For logo file must AI file.

 

Q8: When can I get the price?

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
