Glass material and deep processing capability for customized glass fabrication

   

Material:	std soda lime glass,low iron soda-lime glass,borosilicate glass,  B270, BK7, quartz/fused silica and etc
Hot working:	hot bending,mold pressing,mould casting,mold casting+blowing, blowing, fire polishing.
Cold working:	cutting, grinding,  beveling, driling, slotting, laminating, CNC machining, laser engraving  polishing and etc
Surface Treating:	frosting( sand blasting or chemical etching) ,powder coating and hand painting,silk screen printing, filming and etc.
Others:	heat annealing , chemical strengthening and etc

 

We are not limit the MOQ, but please kindly note the small volume will issue some extra handling cost. MMT will estimate them and fix out an optimal glass making processess and suggestion to reduce your total purchasing cost.
